By default, your time zone is being set according to your location automatically. However, you can always specify a particular time zone by selecting a specific time zone in your system settings, your Mac automatically adjusts the clock per the added location. You can follow the below steps to set your desired time zone in Mac Ventura:
- Select "System Preferences" from the Apple menu
- Under the "Date and Time" option, click on "Time Zone."
- Deselect the "Set Time Zone Automatically Using Current Location" and use the map to set the time zone manually.
- You can also select your city from the "Closest City" menu. Your Mac will automatically display the date and time of the selected city
